STATEMENTS: Marsy's Law Passes Senate Committee

FRANKFORT, Ky. (Feb. 19, 2020) — Marsy's Law for Kentucky released the following statements today regarding the passage of Senate Bill 15 out of the Senate State & Local Government Committee:

“I am very pleased that Marsy’s Law passed out of committee today and look forward to the next steps to ensure this important amendment is back on the ballot for Kentucky voters in November. I thank my colleagues in the Senate, as well as the numerous supporters throughout the state who have offered their unwavering support thus far.
